Position: Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing | Dubai

💼 Experience: 4+ years

🗣 Language: Fluent English (written & spoken)

🔍 What We’re Looking For

• Experience in foundry or trading of Manganese Ore / Iron Ore / Ferro Alloys (preferred)
• Strong negotiation & deal finalization skills
• Hands-on experience in both buying and selling , with P&L responsibility
• Ability to build and manage global customer relationships
• Knowledge of Incoterms, LCs, Bank Guarantees, logistics, and trade operations
• Leadership mindset with the ability to drive and guide teams

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop new customers globally and grow business in ores & ferro alloys
• Manage existing customer requirements and ensure timely fulfillment
• Source and onboard new suppliers
• Oversee transactions end-to-end with logistics & accounts teams
• Monitor receivables and ensure smooth financial closures
• Negotiate contracts and finalize deals independently
• Prepare MIS reports and contribute to business strategy
