Position: Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing – B2C

Qualification: BBA / MBA from reputable university

Experience: 3–5 years in Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets and develop customer relationships

- Identify and develop new customers and market segments

- Conduct regular customer visits and sales activities

- Ensure product approvals and market penetration

- Maintain documentation as per company policies

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities

- Coordinate with internal departments for customer service excellence
