Job Purpose: To manage franchise operations, commissions, risk & Audit and vendor management Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the progress of embedded integrity project for S&D.
  • Responsible for managing internal & external Audit requirements, queries & data provision.
  • Responsible for monitoring and review of S&D Internal Control Matrix and consequent compliance
  • Monitoring the Sales Channel Commission processing and timely disbursement while keeping a close check on the periodic payout trends.
  • Management of S&D related vendor payments, SLA compliance, payment status monitoring and relevant risk controls and problem resolution.
  • Management of Purchase Requisitions for all S&D related projects and problem resolution.
  • Responsible for management of franchise channel operations including induction, termination, change of ownership etc. as well as channel support and ad-hoc problem resolution in coordination with Legal & Regulatory.
  • Monitoring S&D BPR Projects and relevant reporting to CAD Management.
  • Overall Policy & Process management & Compliance in processes.
  • Managing the entire operations team including responsibilities of franchise operations, commission management, ERP Management.
  • Project management for all planned or ad-hoc Operations related projects.
  • Oversee compliance and risk controls for the S&D department, ensuring effective governance of departmental risks and adherence to regulatory standards.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education: Minimum of Bachelors degree however Master in Business will be preferred Work Experience: Candidate should hold minimum 5 years of experience in similar role Skills - Generic:
