Position Title: Assistant Manager, Sales Operations & Support

Location: Nile Cluster – Egypt

Role Responsibilities:

Chillers and Asset Mgt:

• Provide reporting analysis for chillers performance to the relevant stakeholders enabling them to make informed decisions regarding asset replacement, upgrades, or changes in maintenance strategies.
• Determine and resolve performance-related issues within the chiller systems and ensure action plan in place for zero sales and low performing chillers.

Automation and Digitalization:

• Responsible for enhancing the current digital solutions in place to ensure business growth and increase sales efficiencies.
• Leading new initiatives to grow the business utilizing latest technologies that suit the business.
• Supporting sales functions and Merchandizing to automate and digitalize the reporting system to ensure opportunities are clear and highlighted in a timely manner.

Sales Operations:

• Enhancing and developing the current Target setting process by district, region, and customer.
• Send on daily basis sales reports to sales field team highlighting sales and KPIs achievement
• KPIs target setting based on history, customer base, geography, and vision.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in Sales Operations/Support
• Must have hands-on experience with Power BI, Microsoft Access, Python, and SQL.
• Strong knowledge of Nestle portfolio strategy
