Job Title: Assistant Manager – Sales Planning
Location: Port Qasim, Karachi
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have a BS in ACF or be ACCA qualified
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in data analysis or sales planningProven, hands-on expertise in Power BI is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze service KPIs across the dealer network to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Enhance customer retention and revisit rates using data insights
- Create dashboards and management reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Manage and track the annual service budget, including financial provisions and variance analysis
- Coordinate Kaizen and process improvement initiatives with internal teams and senior stakeholders
- Support business growth through predictive analytics, benchmarking, and digital reporting tools
- Analyze historical sales data to generate accurate sales forecasts
- Contribute to strategic decision-making with strong business acumen
- Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at various levels
