Assistant Manager - Sales Planning & Coordination

We are looking for a highly analytical and organized professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Sales Planning & Coordination. The role is responsible for driving sales planning, demand alignment, and coordination between Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams to ensure smooth order execution and optimal inventory management.

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans based on historical trends, pipeline visibility, and market demand to support effective business planning.
• Lead seasonal sales planning for peak and off-peak periods, ensuring alignment of sales targets with production capacity, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Ensure alignment of sales plans with supply chain capabilities, including production schedules, inventory availability, procurement timelines, and dispatch capacity.
• Act as the central liaison between Sales and Supply Chain from order booking to final dispatch, ensuring commitments are aligned with production capacity, material availability, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor open sales orders across planning, procurement, production, and dispatch stages, ensuring timely follow-up on approvals, drawings, BOQs, and material confirmations.
• Conduct sales, demand, and inventory analysis, including planned vs. actual performance, inventory turnover, and order fulfillment trends, to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain regular planning and operational reports on order status, dispatch performance, material gaps, and aging open orders, highlighting bottlenecks and recommending process improvements to enhance coordination between Sales and other departments

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

3–5 years of experience in sales planning, & coordination.

Strong analytical and planning skills.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
