JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring for an emerging Dubai-headquartered private property developer, with operations in Karachi, seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales to join its growing sales team in managing premium high-rise residential projects in Karachi.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end property sales, from lead generation and tele-sales to client handling and closure, particularly within Clifton and DHA areas.
This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a proven ability to convert prospects into successful transactions. The position involves close coordination with the sales, marketing and project teams to ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive property sales by engaging with local and overseas investors, buyers, and channel partners.
- Manage the entire property sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Conduct tele-sales activities to engage prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule property viewings or virtual tours.
- Handle inquiries from walk-in, digital, and referral channels, ensuring a professional and timely response to all client queries.
- Maintain detailed client interaction records using CRM tools to ensure seamless follow-up and pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, digital advertisements, and sales events.
- Prepare and present project information, including pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients and investors.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and channel partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth documentation, payment collection, and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets within defined timelines.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the Karachi real estate market.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 5* to 7* years of experience in real estate or property sales, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales management, including lead handling, tele-sales, client meetings, and closing deals.
- Prior experience in Clifton and DHA property markets will be a strong advantage.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), digital marketing platforms, and MS Office tools for effective lead management and sales execution.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities both in English and Urdu.
- Strong sales orientation with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging sales targets.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated team player with leadership potential.
