About the Role:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position requires diligent individual who excels in system-based working, coordinating daily with salespersons, ensuring accurate data capture, and providing comprehensive support through reports and analytics. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly with various departments to meet organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily with salespersons to ensure adherence to organizational working guidelines

Coordinate with salespersons on pre-sales activities

Aid and review sales team activities, correcting any missing information

Ensure proper capture of daily sales activities and customer data from the sales team as per defined requirements

Prepare proposals and quotations on behalf of salespersons in a timely manner

Record sales team's market coverage plans on a weekly/monthly basis

Conduct data sanitization in a timely manner

Support sales teams, Business Heads, and HODs with reports and analytics

Regularly follow up with salespersons to address working gaps and update correct data in the system

Adhere to system and process compliance

Key Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office

Excellent communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Experience in coordination

Ability to coordinate with multiple people simultaneously

Understanding of drafting Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and capturing the essence of discussions

Persuasive personality to gather the best information from others.

Qualifications and Experience:

Any graduate in Computer Application (BCA, MCA, or B.Sc. (IT))

MBA preferred

Experience:

At least 6-8 years of experience in international sales coordination and MIS

Must have excellent comm. skills.

BPO working background, especially in international processes and ERP/CRM software, is desirable

Maturity to assess and handle situations
