About Us

New Era Industries (SMC PVT) Limited is a trusted manufacturer of uPVC ducting solutions and uPVC doors. With a growing footprint in the building materials industry, we are expanding our Sales Team and looking for a driven Assistant Manager Sales to take charge of both project sales and the local market.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote & Sell uPVC ducting products (conduits, trunking, fittings, accessories) to builders, MEP contractors, and consultants.
• Grow and manage business with dealers, distributors, and retail shops in the local market.
• Conduct regular site & market visits to generate leads and ensure product placement.
• Negotiate & Close sales, building strong, long-term client relationships.
• Ensure product visibility and availability in the Karachi ducting/electrical market.
• Work closely with internal teams for quotations, supply chain, and deliveries.
• Track competitor activity, pricing, and market trends; suggest strategies to stay ahead.
• Deliver on monthly/quarterly targets and provide sales performance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business / Marketing / Engineering preferred).
• 4+ years’ experience in sales of uPVC ducting, uPVC doors, conduits, or related building materials.
• Male candidates only, Age 25–35 years.
• Strong dealer network knowledge & project sales exposure in Karachi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
