Position Overview:

Cybernet is seeking a dynamic and skilled Assistant Manager – SAP Infrastructure Services to join our team at the Head Office in Karachi. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement and support of SAP systems in a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and development for SAP systems using ABAP.
• Develop and maintain BAPI and ALV reports.
• Prepare comprehensive functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Deliver end-user support and training across relevant SAP modules.
• Assist in integrating and optimizing processes within FI, CO, and MM modules.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP ABAP development.
• Technical Expertise:

Ø Strong hands-on experience in SAP-ABAP

Ø Proficient in BAPI and ALV Reporting

Ø Familiarity with FI-CO-MM modules

• Documentation: Able to prepare both functional and technical documentation.
• Support: Experience in handling both technical and functional end-user support.
• Certification: SAP certification will be considered an advantage.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
