Job Overview:

The role supports the effective management, maintenance, and enhancement of security systems across the bank’s portfolio. It involves ensuring system reliability, managing projects from planning to completion, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and supporting operational excellence through innovation, compliance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support management of daily operation, configuration, and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm, and VMS).
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and testing of new systems and upgrades.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate security policies, SOPs, operational, and regulatory standards
  • Support project planning, execution, and completion within scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Prepare cost estimates, track budget utilization, and report financial performance.
  • Manage vendor relationships, monitor SLAs, and ensure quality assurance. Support technical evaluations, RFPs, and procurement processes.
  • Monitor emerging technologies, security products, and best practices.
  • Assist teams in root cause analysis and resolution of technical incidents.

Skills and Experience

  • College undergraduate in Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in security systems or project management are preferred.Knowledge of performance metrics in security preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years in electronic security systems management, installation, or maintenance.
  • Experience in managing projects, vendors, and operational systems in large organizations, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of CCTV, ACS, IAS, and network integrations.
  • Proficient in project management, systems designs and platforms such as AutoCAD, vendor coordination, and reporting.
  • Analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and system optimization skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
