Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage LXME’s social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
  • Create and manage a high-impact content calendar aligned with brand, product, and community initiatives
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and video editors to create engaging reels, carousels, and other platform-specific content
  • Plan, execute, and track influencer campaigns — from outreach and negotiation to deliverables and performance review
  • Build and manage relationships with creators, agencies, vendors, and production teams for timely execution
  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and brand mentions to ensure prompt and thoughtful engagement (ORM)
  • Track platform analytics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
  • Stay ahead of trends and platform updates to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (brand, product, content, growth, community) for cross-functional initiatives


Must Have:

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand or digital-first company
  • Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and what works on each
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write sharp, on-brand copy and captions
  • Proven experience in planning and managing influencer campaigns
  • Experience handling ORM and community interactions in a brand voice
  • Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passion for women empowerment, digital culture, and creative storytelling


Good to Have:

  • Prior experience in fintech, edtech, or D2C women-focused brands
  • Hands-on skills in Canva, basic video editing, or reel creation
  • Experience working with ORM tools (like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Comfort with basic data reporting using Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or Google Analytics
