Main Priorities


• Develop short- and long-term cross-channel marketing plans to drive effective brand & social media campaigns.

• Oversee the management and presence of Aviva India’s social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and manage end-to-end implementation of social media campaigns in line with marketing strategies.

• Curate and deliver brand, topical, product, and regulatory campaigns via statics, videos, GIFs, reels, and brand marketing collaterals like brand films, AVs, e-mailers, brochures, standees, flyers, etc.

• Design and manage creative & content deliveries for ad campaigns across all paid digital channels like affiliates, media buying platforms, GDN, Search, OTT, Social, YouTube, etc.

• Monitor trends in media and drive breakthrough results via creative deliveries in key KPIs such as engagement, impressions, reach, and leads, with a focus on last-mile conversions.

• Conduct optimizations, traffic analysis, and keyword analysis with the performance marketing team to benchmark and measure the impact of organic and paid social campaigns for incremental growth.

• Work closely with creative & content agencies—provide briefs and inputs to ensure visuals, copy, and concepts align with brand and regulatory guidelines.

• Regularly share insights from social media monitoring with allied marketing teams (online sales, performance, etc.) to help refine strategies and align with organizational goals.

• Collaboratively develop Brand and Social Media Strategy, driving holistic engagement targets for all internal and external brand activities and allied marketing communications.

• Lead the Content Marketing agenda including website blogs, SEO articles, Quora responses, infographics, videos, e-brochures, vernacular translations, etc.

• Supervise creative and content agency teams and facilitate vendor management with trackers, SOPs, contracts, compliance filings, etc.

• Monitor Online Reputation Management, supervise agency efficiency, and report any instances to the customer service teams within agreed TATs.


Qualifications


• Management graduate with a specialization in Marketing from a premier MBA institute/university.



Skills / Knowledge

• Knowledge of the Indian financial services industry.

• Advanced project management skills to carry out multiple tasks to their logical conclusion.

• Knowledge of leading practices in Marketing across industries.

• Strong networking and influencing skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.


Experience


• 5–7 years of experience in brand management and marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.

• Experience in media planning and managing agencies/external suppliers.

• Operational experience supervising/managing direct and tele-marketing activities.

• Prior experience using digital media for building the brand.

• Preferably experience working in a multicultural, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
