About the role:

The role will be responsible for managing partnerships with Airlines and Charter partners in the Kuwait market, negotiating commercial deals, and maintaining key business relationships.




Responsibilities:


  • Supports in the search for partnerships with Airline and Charter partners in the Kuwait market based on the business requirements.
  • Supports in the search for partnerships with Airlines for Packages based on business requirements.
  • Participates in the sizing, planning, and prioritization of purchasing with each Airline and Charter partner based on ALMOSAFER’s knowledge of market trends and internal delivery capability.
  • Supports in the negotiation and contracting of commercial deals, PLB, and upfronts and rates with leading Airline and Charter partners to become their preferred supplier.
  • Manage the portfolio of key Airline and Charter accounts whilst building strong business relationships.
  • Manages multiple Airline and Charter accounts within a specific region, seeking potential collaboration and acquiring exclusive contracts for ALMOSAFER.
  • Builds strong working relationships with counterparts in Airline and Charter accounts to track set targets that support the delivery of ALMOSAFER’s business objectives.
  • Monitors service level agreements (SLA) with assigned Airline and Charter accounts towards the procurement and delivery of contract services to ALMOSAFER.
  • Manages supplier contracts, SLAs, and monitors contract usage and performance.
  • Tracks and analyzes performance metrics and sourcing trends on a monthly basis to demonstrate continuous improvement and progress against strategic objectives.






Profile requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Travel & Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in airline partnerships, charter operations, or travel procurement.
  • Strong negotiation, commercial, and contract management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage key accounts and maintain strategic business relationships.
  • Solid understanding of airline operations, market trends, and travel industry dynamics.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to track metrics, trends, and performance data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks across several accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and airline/charter contracting systems.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
