Assistant Manager Store

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
  • Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
  • Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
  • Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.

Material Handling & Documentation

  • Verify GRNs, material receipts, delivery challans, and issuance records.
  • Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward inventory movement.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.
  • Maintain organized storage and material identification systems.

ERP & Reporting

  • Update inventory transactions in ERP/software systems accurately.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
  • Analyze stock variances and report discrepancies.
  • Support audit requirements and compliance documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing plant stores/warehouse operations.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
  • Good command of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
