Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations, including receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliation.
Material Handling & Documentation
- Verify GRNs, material receipts, delivery challans, and issuance records.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward inventory movement.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and warehouse teams for smooth material flow.
- Maintain organized storage and material identification systems.
ERP & Reporting
- Update inventory transactions in ERP/software systems accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and consumption reports.
- Analyze stock variances and report discrepancies.
- Support audit requirements and compliance documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in manufacturing plant stores/warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar).
- Good command of MS Excel and reporting.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
