Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager Strategy at Dial Zero plays a key role in shaping strategic direction across clients and industries. The role focuses on developing strong strategic narratives, identifying seasonal opportunities, and creating learning agendas that align with product priorities. Working closely with sales and client teams, the Strategy Manager supports planning, knowledge sharing, and the execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and client success.
Responsibilities:-
Develop strategic narratives that cut across clients and industries.

Identify key seasonal opportunities and align growth strategies accordingly.

Drive agency enablement programs: trainings, frameworks, and relationship building.

Building overarching Learning Agendas based on product priorities to plug and play across clients and industries

Partner with Sales Team for key event planning and execution

Liaise with agencies and clients to identify business challenges, uncover growth opportunities, and co-develop solutions.

Monitor performance and impact of strategic initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision making and continuous optimization.

Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertiser needs to inform future strategies.
Education:-
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:-
At least 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (digital media, consulting, or advertising).
