The ideal Assistant Styling Sales Manager is skilled at using directive selling, sets and achieves sales goals and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.


A day in the life…

  • Use directive selling to meet or exceed your goals

  • Be passionate about ensuring that the customer receives the finest fit, quality, value, and selection

  • Assist the department manager in achieving department volume and productivity goals by developing and executing a business plan

  • Promote and coach relationship-based selling skills throughout the store

  • Ensure salespeople are delivering outstanding customer service by teaching, coaching and leading by example

  • Assist the Styling Sales manager in executing events, promotions and a Driving Your Business plan to achieve goals


You own this if you have…

  • A track record of successful results, for example, strong productivity, etc.

  • Experience setting and achieving sales goals

  • Demonstrated success in using directive selling

  • The proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with department and store managers, divisional retail merchandiser and other leaders

  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills

  • A high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)

Pay Range Details

The pay range(s) below has been provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different for other locations.
Pay offers are dependent on the location, as well as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

$51,500.00 - $84,000.00 annually

This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
