Assistant Manager / Supervisor – Project & Technical Services

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage civil and electrical maintenance, renovation, and minor construction projects within the hospital.
• Coordinate with external contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee routine infrastructure inspections, electrical safety checks, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare project BOQs, estimates, and progress reports.
• Ensure all work complies with hospital standards, healthcare safety regulations, and infection control protocols.
• Support emergency repair tasks and assist during crisis situations.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Sc).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in civil and electrical project work, preferably in a hospital or large institutional setup.
• Strong understanding of hospital infrastructure systems, layouts, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills.
