Assistant Manager Supply Chain

• Monitor and manage Reorder Levels (ROL) and Buffer Stock to ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Handle Primary & Secondary Packaging Materials efficiently.
• Apply MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) and EOQ (Economic Order Quantity) principles for optimal inventory control.
• Prepare costing for imported materials and maintain effective vendor coordination.
• Establish strong communication with local and international vendors to ensure timely supply.
• Manage hundreds of SKUs, overseeing the complete cycle from Forecasting → Purchase Orders → Consumption.
• Supervise Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, and Finished Goods Management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement & supply planning processes.
• Knowledge and experience in Work-in-Progress (WIP) Management will be considered a strong plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain management within FMCG, Food, Pharma, or Cosmetics industries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, demand forecasting, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in ERP / Supply Chain Management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple SKUs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and vendor relationship management experience.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
