Job Description -
Assistant Manager
About the team
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, planning, design and warehouse teams, to ensure all inbound operations are running smoothly and are in alignment with the company's supply chain strategies.

Key Responsibilities
:

Coordination with Cross-Functional Teams
:
-
Collaborate with the Category & Planning team to ensure that inbound inventory arrives as per hourly schedules and DOH targets.

Work with warehouse and inventory management teams to ensure seamless receiving, inspection, and storage of inbound goods.

Data Analysis and Reporting
:
-
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inbound operations, including lead time, on-time delivery, truck waiting time, D2S, capacity utilization and cost per shipment.

Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of inbound operations, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement.

Leverage data and analytics tools to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization within the inbound supply chain.
Issue Resolution
-
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to inbound logistics, such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies between expected and actual deliveries.

Act as the primary point of contact for resolving issues related to inbound transportation and supplier performance.

Work with third-party logistics providers and other external partners to resolve operational challenges.
Continuous Improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within inbound logistics to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions for inbound transportation and inventory management.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to optimize inbound operations.
