Assistant Manager Supply Chain

Allmed Group of Companies is actively seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Manager Supply Chain at our Sukkur office. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between the Karachi Head Office and Sukkur site, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution of all supply chain and procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations, ensuring the seamless flow of essential medical equipment, materials, and supplies. We are looking for someone with strong leadership capabilities, excellent coordination skills, and a proven ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a coordination bridge between Karachi Head Office and Sukkur site for all supply chain activities.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes including raising Purchase Orders (POs)
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations for various operational requirements based on engineering and site needs.
• Ensure proper follow-up with suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Forward invoices for processing and ensure documentation compliance.
• Support inventory and material planning for site operations.
• Ensure timely availability of required materials to avoid operational delays.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably in the healthcare construction .
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and modern supply chain practices.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs140,000.00 per month
