Supply Chain & Operations
- Assist in planning and executing supply chain operations from procurement to delivery
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and reduce excess/obsolete inventory
- Coordinate with production, sales, and warehouse teams to meet demand requirements
- Track order fulfillment, lead times, and service levels
Procurement & Vendor Management
- Support sourcing activities and vendor negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners
- Monitor supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery) and drive improvements
Logistics & Distribution
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Optimize transportation routes and freight costs
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze supply chain data and KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, forecast accuracy)
- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Support implementation of lean, cost-reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Assist in ERP/SAP/Oracle system usage and process optimization
Team Coordination
- Guide and support junior staff or executives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth operations
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Excel
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
