Job Title: Assistant Manager: Surveillance (Retail – US Operations Support)

• Location: Karachi (Shahrah-e-Faisal – Onsite)
• Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)
• Schedule: 5 Days a Week | Alternate Saturdays
• Salary: PKR 100,000 – 180,000 / month
• Shifts: 7 pm to 4 am, 8 pm to 5 am and 9 pm to 6 am.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Surveillance Assistant Manager to oversee surveillance operations and manage floor activities for a US-based retail chain from our Karachi back office. This role requires a vigilant and proactive professional with experience in monitoring systems, team supervision, and operational control.

The ideal candidate will work closely with US stakeholders during night hours, ensuring real-time monitoring, incident prevention, and smooth coordination across multiple retail locations while maintaining security standards and operational discipline.

Key Responsibilities

Surveillance & Monitoring

• Monitor CCTV and surveillance systems across multiple retail locations
• Identify suspicious activities, policy violations, and potential risks
• Ensure real-time tracking and reporting of incidents
• Maintain surveillance logs and records for audit and review

Floor Management & Operations

• Oversee floor operations and ensure adherence to company policies
• Supervise on-ground teams and ensure discipline and efficiency
• Act as the first point of escalation for operational issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve real-time concerns

Incident Handling & Reporting

• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Escalate critical issues to senior management and US stakeholders
• Ensure timely resolution of operational and security-related matters
• Recommend preventive measures based on observations

Compliance & Security Standards

• Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols
• Support implementation of surveillance SOPs and best practices
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive operational data
• Assist in internal audits and reviews

Communication & Coordination

• Communicate effectively with US-based teams in fluent English (verbal and written)
• Provide regular updates on surveillance activities and incidents
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and IT teams
• Prepare documentation, SOPs, and reports

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in surveillance, security, or operations management
• Experience in retail or multi-location operations is preferred
• Proven ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours
