We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition professional with experience inhigh-volume , preferably within the BPO or sales-driven environments . The role requires someone who can manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, lead hiring drives, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely fulfillment of workforce requirements while maintaining quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bulk hiring campaigns mainly for sales roles across the company
- Design and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-in drives.
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on role fit, communication skills, and sales aptitude.
- Conducting multiple interview formats, including structured, competency-based, and stress interviews assessments, and offer roll outs
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, set clear targets, monitor progress, and ensure hiring goals are met within timelines while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, and joining ratios.
- Build talent pipelines for ongoing and future sales hiring needs.
- Ensure smooth onboarding coordination with HR Ops and training teams.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS data accuracy.
- Support employer branding initiatives for hiring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience leading recruitment teams, preferably within bulk or BPO Sales hiring environments.
- Proven experience hiring for sales or target-driven roles.
- Practical experience using sourcing platforms, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
- Good analytical skills with hands-on experience in data handling and recruitment reporting.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
- Good communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities.
