Job Description:
NovaMed Group of Companies, a reputable organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Talent & Organizational Development (OD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Design and implement training & development programs
- Oversee Performance Management System (PMS) and employee evaluations
- Support organizational development (OD) initiatives
- Assist in employee engagement and overall HR operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
