Assistant Manager – Talent & OD

Job Description:
NovaMed Group of Companies, a reputable organization in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Assistant Manager – Talent & Organizational Development (OD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Design and implement training & development programs
  • Oversee Performance Management System (PMS) and employee evaluations
  • Support organizational development (OD) initiatives
  • Assist in employee engagement and overall HR operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a relevant field
  • 4–6 years of relevant HR experience
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
