M.Phil. from HEC-recognized University preferred

Strong program management, communication, coordination, facilitation, and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement educational programs and training modules at the Tarbiyah Resource Center aligned with academic and institutional goals.
  • Coordinate events, workshops, and seminars by managing schedules, venues, materials, and participant registrations to ensure successful execution.
  • Facilitate training sessions by preparing resources, delivering presentations, and engaging participants effectively to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage the center’s financial resources including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to streamline coordination and support program objectives.
  • Develop and update curriculum content by collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure relevance and academic integrity.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to program activities, financial transactions, and operational procedures for accountability and future reference.
  • Assess program effectiveness through feedback collection, analysis, and reporting to recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and guidelines in all aspects of center operations and project execution.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist senior management with strategic planning and resource allocation to achieve the center’s mission.
