Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement educational programs and training modules at the Tarbiyah Resource Center aligned with academic and institutional goals.

Coordinate events, workshops, and seminars by managing schedules, venues, materials, and participant registrations to ensure successful execution.

Facilitate training sessions by preparing resources, delivering presentations, and engaging participants effectively to enhance learning outcomes.

Monitor and manage the center’s financial resources including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting to maintain fiscal responsibility.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and external partners to streamline coordination and support program objectives.

Develop and update curriculum content by collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure relevance and academic integrity.

Prepare and maintain documentation related to program activities, financial transactions, and operational procedures for accountability and future reference.

Assess program effectiveness through feedback collection, analysis, and reporting to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Ensure compliance with university policies and guidelines in all aspects of center operations and project execution.

Support administrative tasks and assist senior management with strategic planning and resource allocation to achieve the center’s mission.
