Textile Mill is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager Technical - ERP to join its team and lead critical technical initiatives linked to Enterprise Resource Planning systems. This role is pivotal in analyzing business processes and translating them into efficient technical solutions within the Oracle ERP Cloud environment. The candidate will oversee the integration of various in-house systems and manage custom application development, ensuring seamless connectivity with Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Work In Progress modules. With a responsibility to lead a team of two professionals, the role demands strong leadership to guide and optimize team performance while meeting project goals. The ideal candidate must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering, coupled with a minimum of four years' experience in ERP system management and application development. Expertise in Oracle APEX, SQL, PL/SQL, and hands-on knowledge of Oracle R12 modules is essential. This position requires in-depth capability in process optimization, system integration, and technical troubleshooting, alongside refined communication skills to effectively document processes and produce detailed reports. The Assistant Manager is also expected to foster innovation and adapt rapidly to emerging technologies while managing deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the analysis and conversion of business processes into detailed technical specifications to improve ERP functionality and efficiency.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using Oracle APEX, Oracle Forms, Reports, SQL, and PL/SQL to address organizational needs.
• Oversee the integration of in-house systems with Oracle E-Business Suite modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, and Work In Progress to ensure continuous system interoperability.
• Re-engineer business processes by creating detailed flowcharts, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity-Relationship Diagrams using tools like MS Visio and ERwin to support system improvements.
• Provide timely and effective technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS and custom-built applications to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a team of two members, fostering collaboration, skill development, and productivity to meet technical project deliverables.
• Customize workflows, create APIs, and execute system integration tasks to optimize ERP performance and support evolving business requirements.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to project deadlines and work effectively under pressure to produce high-quality deliverables within stipulated timeframes.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and reports detailing system configurations, process improvements, and support activities for transparency and audit purposes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and apply relevant advancements to enhance the existing ERP landscape and technical team capabilities.
