Role Purpose:

The Technical Executive will play a key role in supporting customers by providing technical expertise, product training, and operational solutions within the apparel and home textile industry. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, improving productivity through technical advisory, and supporting business development initiatives. The position requires close collaboration with commercial teams and customers to ensure optimal product performance, address manufacturing challenges, and deliver value-driven solutions that enhance overall operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advisory support to customers and contribute to business development initiatives within the apparel and textile sector.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints by delivering timely, solution-oriented responses to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct technical sessions, thread trials, and demonstrations to educate customers on productivity-enhancing solutions.
  • Deliver comprehensive training on product features, benefits, and value propositions while addressing apparel manufacturing challenges with customised solutions.
  • Evaluate and benchmark competitor products to identify strengths, gaps, and potential opportunities for improvement.
  • Support customers in accurately measuring and optimising thread consumption for improved cost efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify and pursue joint business development opportunities.
  • Provide technical support to the commercial team in addressing customer queries and operational challenges.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, safety regulations, and security protocols.
  • Promote a collaborative, proactive, and high-performance team environment across all levels of the organisation.


Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Garments Engineering .
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • 2–3 years of experience in the Apparel or Home Textile Industry , preferably within the Denim garment sector .
  • Strong customer relationship management and engagement skills.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated, and capable of working effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
