Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – Techno Commercial will be responsible for driving business development and sales of Personal Care Ingredients by combining technical expertise with commercial acumen. The role involves close coordination with customers, suppliers, R&D, and internal teams to ensure sustainable growth and high customer satisfaction.

B.E. Chemical
B.Sc. Chemistry
Experience Requirements
3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience
Experience in Personal Care Ingredients, Specialty Chemicals, or related chemical sectors is preferred
Strong exposure to techno-commercial sales and customer handling
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Drive sales growth and business development for the Personal Care Ingredients product portfolio
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and suppliers
Identify market trends, customer requirements, and new product opportunities
Introduce and promote new products based on customer and market demand
Coordinate with R&D and commercial teams for product development, trials, and project execution
Provide technical support, product recommendations, and application guidance to customers
Conduct regular customer visits, field visits, and joint calls
Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and technical seminars
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and coordinate with finance to maintain healthy cash flow
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence data
Mentor junior team members and support internal training initiatives
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of personal care formulations and ingredients
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
