Assistant Manager Telesales

Job Overview:

  • People Perfect is hiring an Assistant Manager – Telesales. The role involves managing telesales operations, ensuring timely follow-ups on leads, supporting the team in improving conversions, and driving overall sales performance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and customer relationship management skills, along with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective team coordination and performance monitoring

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with assigned leads within the defined turnaround time to maximize engagement and conversion opportunities.
  • Convert qualified leads into scheduled meetings and support achievement of sales targets.
  • Manage lead pipelines and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels to maintain customer engagement.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the telesales team to achieve individual and team performance objectives.
  • Monitor team productivity, conversion rates, and service quality, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Ensure effective workload distribution and optimal utilization of telesales resources.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Assist in developing and executing telesales strategies to support business growth and revenue objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance, lead conversion trends, and campaign effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and insights to management.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and campaign results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards while performing other duties assigned by management.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center operations, including team leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
