Assistant Manager - Trade Marketing

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing trade marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and sales growth.
  • Develop and implement promotional activities, trade offers, and in-store marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with sales teams, and customers to ensure effective execution of trade programs.
  • Track trade marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI measurement.
  • Support product launches and seasonal campaigns with trade-focused initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing in FMCG/retail industry
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) – knowledge of digital trade tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
