We are seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to drive growth across sales, trade and digital marketing, and customer engagement for our Trading Division. In this role, you will manage end-to-end customer orders, execute brand initiatives and campaigns, optimize e-commerce performance, track sales, manage stock and budgets, and ensure smooth operations from forecasting to delivery, fueling brand growth and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Customer Management:
- Manage customer orders and retention across platforms like Shopify, Amazon, Tradeling, WhatsApp, and email.
- Track and report sales performance by brand, channel, and SKU.
- Prioritize high-value customers and implement retention strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders in coordination with logistics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer data.
- Conduct sales forecasting and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of orders, campaigns, and initiatives.
Digital & Trade Marketing:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital campaigns, seasonal promotions, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Optimize product listings, catalogues, and online store performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, calculate ROI, and recommend improvements.
- Support brand growth through online engagement, product visibility, and promotional initiatives.
Business Planning, Budget & Growth Initiatives:
- Drive Annual Business Planning and identify growth opportunities for assigned brands.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to recommend strategies for sales growth and brand loyalty.
- Monitor budgets, track project timelines, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
- Oversee product management, stock planning, and prioritization of key initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, trade marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Tradeling) and CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
- Strong communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
- Passion for digital marketing, sales growth, and enhancing the customer experience.
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
