ASSISTANT MANAGER TRADE MARKETING

Islamabad, Pakistan

Job Purpose

  • Developing a comprehensive Visibility strategy aligned with Company’s Business, Brand & Channel Strategy.
  • Complete Trade Visibility and BTL Activities planning, Forecasting, budgeting and Trade promotional plan on designated Channels
  • Develop strategies to generate interest in company offered products, creating demand for the products at all Channels
  • Planning & Execution of all BTL and SIM selling activities which support Sales team in achieving Sales targets.
  • Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade through excellence in in-store planning, implementation, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
  • Ensuring Brand presence instore, out store and newly Launched network areas.
  • Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
  • Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
  • To ensure a comprehensive Control and Audit Mechanism process has been set for all Trade visibility and BTL items execution.
  • To explore cost effective mechanism for trade marketing and communication as per changing market dynamics. This is to ensure that trade marketing practices are kept aligned with changing retail and consumer dynamics.
  • To support business ambitions and to stay relevant and visible in market Keeping an overview on competition
  • Visibility and BTL practices in market Liaison with business finance team for projection, accruals and payments (monthly & yearly closing).

Job Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills): Education:

  • In principle must have a minimum of Bachelors Degree
