Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and deliver training programs for retail teams.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
- Manage onboarding, induction, soft skills, and leadership development programs.
- Track training effectiveness, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
- Partner with managers to support employee growth and career progression.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Training & Development, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate or retail training.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
