Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, and deliver training programs for retail teams.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, soft skills, and leadership development programs.
  • Track training effectiveness, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Partner with managers to support employee growth and career progression.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Training & Development, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in corporate or retail training.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide actionable insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
