Assistant Manager - Transfer pricing

We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager (Transfer Pricing) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Join Forvis Mazars in Saudi Arabia and be part of a dynamic team delivering high-impact consultancy services across industries. We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Transfer Pricing to help us lead with excellence, integrity, and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in reviewing controlled transaction disclosure forms, drafting proposals, Local files, Master files, client presentations, and other related deliverables.

• Be an integral part of a client-facing team and develop a comprehensive understanding of the client's business and its industry.

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.

• Responsible for timely deliverables and managing successful completion of assigned engagements, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

• Ensuring compliance with internal quality and risk management protocols.

• Monitoring regulatory changes and proactively updating clients and all stakeholders on a timely basis.

• Training and mentoring junior team members and providing performance feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications such as ACCA, CFA or CPA would be an advantage

• 3+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing compliance, preferably in KSA.

• Prior experience in TP for Financial transactions would be an advantage.

• Big Four and consultancy experience is highly preferred.

• Strong Analytical Skills and Finance background.

• Comprehensive understanding of global and local Transfer Pricing regulations.

• Fluency in verbal and written English. Fluency in Arabic would be an advantage.

• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.
