About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to support the execution of national promotional plans, in-store activations, POSM projects, and trade marketing initiatives across KSA and the Gulf. This role plays a key part in driving product visibility, availability, and brand positioning across various channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of national promotions and in-store activations
  • Coordinate POSM implementation and product sampling sessions
  • Monitor product placement, visibility, and planogram compliance across regions
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive category and pricing strategies
  • Analyze sales and market data to optimize promotional effectiveness
  • Assist in launching new products and managing trade marketing budgets


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, and Wholesale channels
  • Experience with space planning, merchandising, and promotional execution
  • Familiarity with POS materials, planograms, and product distribution strategies
  • Ability to manage operational execution across regions and territories
  • Knowledge of category management, pricing strategy, and market share growth
  • Proficiency in analyzing trade data and forecasting promotional impact
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
  • trade marketing experience in FMCG within the Middle East
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
