Assistant Manager – Treasury & Payables (Night Shift)

Role Overview:

You'll own end-to-end accounts payable while supporting treasury operations ensuring timely vendor settlements, robust reconciliations, and tight financial controls.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee the full-cycle AP process POs, invoices, vendor statements
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice recording in QuickBooks/ERP
• Monitor AP aging and drive on-time payments
• Schedule and execute vendor payments via banking platforms
• Manage urgent/critical payment requests
• Prepare remittance advices and maintain payment records
• Support short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning
• Perform vendor, bank, credit card, and ledger reconciliations
• Handle vendor queries and support month-end closing
• Identify and implement process improvements in AP & treasury

What We're Looking For

Education: ACCA Qualified

Experience: 3–5 Years in accounts payable, treasury, or a related finance role

Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Experience with banking platforms, ERP systems, and strong attention to detail will set you apart.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
