Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Logistics

Beacon Energy is hiring an Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Logistics to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, dispatch coordination, stock accuracy, and logistics documentation. The ideal candidate should have strong ERP and MS Excel knowledge, along with hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Ensure stock accuracy and maintain ERP records.
• Plan dispatch and coordinate transportation.
• Oversee receiving, inspection, storage, and material handling.
• Maintain warehouse layout, space utilization, and FIFO practices.
• Conduct stock counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain logistics documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and project teams.
• Ensure safe storage and handling of solar equipment.
• Supervise warehouse staff and enforce safety compliance.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics.
• Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or engineering industries will be preferred.
• Strong ERP and MS Excel knowledge.
• Experience handling high-value and fragile equipment
