Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations (Textile Industry Background)

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, dispatch, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate inventory management through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs to maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and streamline material handling processes.
• Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing training, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage logistics arrangements for timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Prepare and present warehouse performance reports (KPIs, stock accuracy, lead times, shrinkage, etc.).
• Implement best practices in textile warehouse operations including fabric, trims, and finished goods handling.
• Support in continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
