Job Description
Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at our 1966 Old Hwy 94 location in St Charles, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading our team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving store performance.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures

Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service

Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize store efficiency

Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly and professionally

Assist in implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities

Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and performance goals

Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork

Ensure compliance with all company policies, food safety regulations, and local laws
Qualifications-
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment

Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (2 years experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older)

Ability to pass a criminal background check

Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
