Introduction:
This role oversees end-to-end administrative and operational activities of a fast-paced industrial laundromat, driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary plus commission to the right candidate, with the flexibility to commute to or live in Musaffah to handle urgent after-hours matters.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to monitor the day-to-day activities effectively & efficiently in Laundromat.
- Able to develop & implement the quality work procedures
- Responsible to Assign duties to the workers to meet the service deadline
- Responsible to respond to the customers feedback & complaints promptly
- Able to take decision to improve the work efficiency
- Responsible to maintaining company vehicle record & maintenance
- Responsible to manage factory supplies stock and place orders
- Able to prepare regular reports on expenses and factory budget
- Responsible to maintain employees records
- Responsible to keep the equipment in good working conditions
- Able to prepare the reports on sales, expense & performance of each supervisor
Required Skills:
- Able to work independently, self-driven & motivated
- Good communication skills in English, Urdu. Arabic is added advantage
- Excellent in computer soft skills
- Equipped with organization skills
- Task prioritization
- Excellent critical & analytical thinking
- Technical skills
- Able to work in flexible hours and shall commute to Musaffah or can live in Musaffah.
Experience:
Minimum two year work experience in similar position or in a technical field
