Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Compliance & Secretarial

Total Work Experience : 2-4 years

Qualification : CS /Semi Qualified CS with relevant experience, LLB (Optional)

Skills & Knowledge :

1.Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
2. Ability to work well within a team and individually.
3. Ability to work long hours when needed.
4. Well versed with SEBI (MF) Regulations.
5. Root cause analysis.
6. Experience of working in Asset Management Company.
7. Effective Interpersonal Communication.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Preparation of Board Agenda, Various Committee Agenda, and Minutes of the Meetings.
2. To prepare and track the latest Circulars and Amendments.
3. Well versed with Vetting Advertising and Marketing materials.
4. Co-ordinating with various inter-departments on Regulatory Requirements.
5.Preparation and periodic updation of Scheme Information Documents.
6. Monitoring the PIT Regulations and timely maintenance of records.
