  • Develop digital and social marketing strategies for CPG’s portfolio to drive business growth and meet objectives.
  • Plan and implement digital/social marketing campaigns for promotions, product launches, and new shop openings. This includes social content strategy, social media platform strategy, and ad management within the broader marketing plan.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to determine priorities and develop relevant measurement metrics based on business goals.
  • Lead social media content creation, platform management, and advertising campaigns to ensure high-quality performance and ROI.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts, ensuring content is timely, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
  • Oversee social media advertising efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in managing and optimizing the company’s websites and digital platforms.
  • Implement digital marketing tactics, including Google and social ads, to optimize growth and performance across platforms.
  • Utilize web tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, etc., to monitor and optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Source and manage agencies and vendors to support digital/social marketing needs.
  • Collaborate with external partners to execute digital campaigns and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
  • Assist with marketing budget management and the analysis of ROI on digital marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance and provide reports on key metrics, offering insights for optimization.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Director, Digital Marketing Manager, and other departments to align on marketing efforts and ensure creativity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Enhance customer relationship management and database management with digital marketing tactics and best practices.
  • Conduct industry and competitive research to stay informed on market trends and digital innovations.
  • Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies to maintain the company’s competitive edge.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

· Experience:

o At least 3 years of experience handling core campaign operations in search, paid social, display, and video advertising.

o Media planning experience is essential.

o Solid experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat Ads.

· Technical Skills:

o Expertise in web tracking and analytics tools (e.g., GA4, GTM).

o Proficient in website creation and management.

o Mastery in social media scheduling, posting, and platform management.

o High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

· Industry Experience: Preferred GCC regional experience and F&B industry experience.

· Other Skills:

o Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools.
