ROLE SUMMARY

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the planning, execution, and performance monitoring of marketing initiatives across Ultimate Resort Vacations (URV) properties and entities. This role manages digital advertising campaigns, content planning, paid and organic social media, email marketing, and performance analytics across all resorts within the URV portfolio.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and agency partners, this position bridges creative execution and data-driven strategy, ensuring marketing initiatives are on-brand, measurable, and impactful. The role requires excellent organizational skills, creative insight, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously across diverse destinations.

COMPENSATION

$55,000/Yr.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign & Advertising Management

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across all URV hotels and entities, including digital, paid social, and display advertising.
  • Manage and optimize paid media (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads), including ad setup and briefs, targeting, budgeting, and boosting.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creative, copy, and audience segmentation to improve campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate boosted post budgets for property-level social media in collaboration with Marketing Director.
  • Collaborate with agencies to track paid performance metrics and ensure alignment with URV’s marketing goals.
  • Manage campaign timelines, creative requests, and deliverables for seasonal and brand promotions.

Content Creation & Coordination

  • Work with the Graphic Designer and agency partners to produce digital assets for ads, newsletters, and social media campaigns.
  • Coordinate content scheduling for organic and paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
  • Collaborate with Roar Media to ensure influencer partnerships and media content align with URV’s brand identity.

Digital Presence & Website Management

  • Support SEO and website optimization efforts in collaboration with external agencies and the Creative Director.
  • Conduct quarterly website audits and implement basic updates in WordPress, including landing page refreshes, copy edits, image uploads, and promo banner rotations.
  • Oversee and maintain the Leonardo platform, ensuring hotel content, imagery, and brand assets remain current and optimized for distribution. Manage updates as needed in coordination with property teams and HQ.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of online travel agency (OTA) listings, verifying that visuals, property descriptions, and promotions are brand-compliant and up to date.
  • Oversee monthly email newsletter planning, scheduling, and reporting, including data analytics, segmentation, and auto-flow strategy in collaboration with Roar Media, to ensure targeted communication, optimal engagement, and consistent brand messaging.

Review Management & Guest Feedback

  • Manage reputation tracking through ReviewPro in collaboration with the Reservations Department, ensuring timely responses and proactive handling of guest feedback.
  • Analyze guest sentiment reports to identify recurring themes and opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Summarize monthly feedback trends and provide actionable insights to property and marketing leadership.

Online Community Engagement

  • Monitor online chatter related to URV hotel brands and Turks & Caicos across Facebook Groups, forums, and travel communities.
  • Engage in group discussions when relevant to elevate visibility and brand awareness.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Maintain marketing dashboards for campaign results, ad performance, and engagement analytics.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports summarizing KPIs, paid performance, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and agencies to ensure transparency and consistency in data reporting.
  • Contribute to forecasting, budget tracking, and ROI analysis for all marketing activities.

Public Relations & Influencer Coordination

  • Draft and edit press releases, media alerts, property announcements, and event communications.
  • Track coverage, gather deliverables, and ensure accurate content representation across owned and partner channels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing coordination or campaign management, preferably within hospitality or travel
  • Strong understanding of paid media management, social media strategy, and digital content coordination
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ReviewPro, OTA systems, and reputation management platforms
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Base Pay: $55,000.00 per year
