Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brand & Marketing Strategist who brings deep expertise in core branding and BTL marketing. As a multi-brand organization, we require someone who can build strong brand foundations, create cohesive multi-channel strategies, and drive customer retention and incremental revenue through innovative marketing approaches. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and able to manage diverse brand requirements without losing consistency or impact.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy Development

  • Develop brand positioning, architecture, and long-term vision for multiple brands.
  • Ensure consistent communication across digital, offline, retail, and experiential touchpoints.
  • Build and enforce brand guidelines.
  • Conduct competitive and consumer insight analysis.

2. BTL Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute BTL activities: events, in-store promotions, sampling, and experiential campaigns.
  • Manage vendors, negotiations, and cost optimization.
  • Ensure on-ground excellence.

3. Customer Loyalty & Retention

  • Design and manage loyalty programs to drive repeat engagement.
  • Collaborate with CRM/data teams on personalization.
  • Use insights to improve retention and customer lifetime value.

4. Alternate Revenue Channels

  • Build partnerships with influencers, affiliates, and community groups.
  • Explore channels like WhatsApp Commerce, community marketing, and referral programs.
  • Test new models to drive incremental revenue.

5. Integrated Marketing

  • Align ATL, BTL, and digital for cohesive campaigns.
  • Coordinate with digital teams for seamless integration.
  • Track and report ROI across channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
