We are seeking Highly Motivated individuals that were born to LEAD!

The Assistant Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

1. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for training, consistent coaching, and leading the In-Store Marketing Team. Our marketing Team works within The Home Depot stores educating customers on the Cabinet Makeover (which is AMAZING); generating leads, and setting FREE appointments for our in-home designers! Overall, the Assistant Manager is responsible for lead flow within the team working from a proven system! We already have an incredibly successful marketing Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan and our East/Detroit Michigan team would be able to mirror that market.

2. The Assistant Marketing Manager will take on the In-Store Sales position for half of the week and then will be assisting our East & Detroit Michigan team the rest of the week.

3. Other daily responsibilities would be assisting with team calls, checking in on employees throughout the Home Depot stores, coaching, mentoring, motivating others to be successful, lead generation, & leading by example. We are extremely goal driven and pay both Assistant Manager and the Marketing Team exceptionally well. Several bonus goals as well as a free company trip are just some of the amazing perks!

We are looking for someone that is self driven, motivated, friendly and outgoing, energized by motivating others, goal driven not only for themselves but also for their team. Enjoys problem solving and is able to use creative thinking in order to suit each individual on their team. We need someone who likes to work independently and can easily switch gears if something is not working in their favor. Also, follow, teach & believe in a script known to get proven results!!
