We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager, Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing. This role requires a visionary team player with exceptional communication skills, capable of collaborating across various departments to implement effective marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Head to establish and manage marketing budgets from preparation to implementation
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with central marketing operational teams across creative, digital, social, events, PR, media buying, and CI
  • Oversee social media plans and community management in partnership with social media executives, sales, service, and call center teams
  • Implement a performance marketing approach to optimize conversion marketing aligned with CRM platforms, focusing on campaign attribution and CPL/ROI measurement
  • Explore and adopt best-in-class practices from partners and across the industry
  • Implement the brand’s marketing strategy with clear annual and quarterly objectives, including new business/product launches, tactical campaigns, and customer retention plans
  • Manage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing the marketing strategy for the brand in Bahrain, aligning with regional marketing strategies as defined by the principal/regional office
  • Understand and adhere to brand CI/VI and guidelines comprehensively
  • Ensure alignment with business objectives for each brand/model
  • Coordinate with CRM for all campaign inputs and results reporting, including necessary optimizations
  • Analyze demographic and psychographic data for accurate targeting of existing and prospective customers
  • Elevate brand awareness and relevance among target audiences
  • Monitor consumer behavior, market trends, demographics, and competitor activities
  • Enhance customer experience across all touchpoints by supporting front-line teams with POS materials and ensuring compliance with brand standards
  • Actively engage with team members to identify development opportunities and foster teamwork
  • Ensure accountability for self and team tasks/projects, clarifying roles and deliverables for all team members


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant subject
  • 6-8 years of experience, ideally a blend of education and practical experience
  • Experience with luxury brands in the automotive sector or relevant lifestyle fields is preferred
  • Dynamic team contributor with a big-picture vision
  • Exceptional communication skills; multilingual abilities preferred
  • Proficient in communication, planning, advertising, PR agency work, and computer skills (especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva)
