We are seeking a talented Assistant Marketing Manager to drive business growth by creating successful partnerships, co-marketing opportunities with Operators partners, and plan innovative event activations that are aligned with Mobile eXperience (MX) IMC strategy, and deliver measurable results.
Role and Responsibilities
How You Will Make An Impact:
Identify, develop and execute innovative partnership strategies with global and local brands, to elevate Samsung’s leadership in mobile innovation and reach new audiences
Conceptualize and lead end-to-end planning of events, product launches, pop-ups and product experiences that highlight Samsung’s ecosystem of mobile products
Deliver high-quality, on-brand event experiences that effectively connect consumers with products through storytelling, immersive consumer journey and interactive engagement touchpoints
Negotiate collaboration opportunities with partners to maximize reach and impact
Collaborate with B2C Operators Sales team in Samsung and MarComm team in Operator Partners to develop, propose and implement joint marketing plans and campaigns to maximise brand visibility, product adoption, and sales through Operators’ channels
Manage global and local asset distribution to support Operators’ marketing activities for Mobile product launches
Lead end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns (Events, Partnerships and Co-Marketing with Operators), including budget planning, briefing, campaign development, stakeholders’ approvals and implementation
Monitor, measure and report performance and optimisations of Events, Partnerships and Operators’ Co-Marketing activities across all channels for 360 campaigns (On-Ground Activations, Digital, Social Media, CRM, Influencers, PR & Paid Media)
Work closely with all Mobile eXperience (MX) & Corporate Marketing team members to ensure channel strategies are aligned with business objectives, brand voice and IMC strategies, and to ensure on-time execution and KPI achievements

Skills and Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
6 to 8 years of experience in driving innovative partnerships and product experiences (event activations), preferably within FMCG / Telecom / Technology
Proven track record in managing brand activations, partner relationships and co-marketing campaigns, while delivering impactful results
Understanding of Digital and Social Media platforms
Team-player with strong engagement, storytelling and presentation skills
Business experience in MENA markets (UAE & GCC)
Exceptional project management, organizational and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic global organization
Ambitious mind-set to push beyond the boundaries, innovate and succeed
Must be fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and communication skills
