Assistant Nurse with DHA for Homecare

Ontime Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse with DHA certification to join our Homecare team. This role is integral in providing essential nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to support patients' individual health and wellness needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Registered Nurses in delivering direct patient care, focusing on daily living activities and personal hygiene
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patients' conditions to the nursing team
• Support patients with mobility and physical tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Administer medication reminders and assist with adherence to care plans
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance and wellness practices
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment
  
  

Requirements

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) certification as an Assistant Nurse
• Experience in homecare or a similar healthcare setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills with a focus on patient interaction and education
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to nursing care
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of nursing principles and patient care standards
