Operations & Office Administrator – Transport Company

We are looking for a responsible and trustworthy Operations & Office Administrator to join our transport company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all office administration and daily operations.
  • Coordinate and supervise bus operations and driver schedules.
  • Handle invoicing, quotations, and records using invoicing/accounting software.
  • Manage spare parts sales and maintain related documentation.
  • Follow up with clients regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
  • Visit clients when required to submit invoices and collect payments.
  • Maintain company files, reports, and operational records.
  • Ensure smooth communication between management, drivers, and clients.
  • Take full responsibility for assigned operational and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th Grade Certificate or higher qualification.
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Experience in office administration and transport operations.
  • Knowledge of invoicing and accounting applications.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities professionally.
  • Must be trustworthy, reliable, and organized.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, Malayalam, and Arabic is preferred.

Working Hours:

  • 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM / 9:00 PM

Additional Requirements:

  • Willing to travel locally for client visits.
  • Able to submit invoices and collect payments from clients.
  • Experience in the transport industry will be an advantage.

Salary and benefits will be discussed during the interview.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:

  • DRIVERS LICENCE (Required)
